Shipping policy

Once payment is received, items will be shipped within 24-72 hours.The shipping fee added to your order includes the tracking number, shipping and handling. Every package will have a tracking number. Once the payment has been accepted, you will receive an email with confirmation, followed by an email with your tracking number once shipped.

Please note that EXCETERAH IS NOT, under any circumstance, responsible for packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777.
